Why do we need your data?

We collect information about you and your child in order to fulfil your request, prepare an invoice for payment and contact you directly about the course of further provision of services. We use this information to contact you directly in case of a specific need and, provided that you agree, to send informative messages to your e-mail address and/or phone number about school activities and information that we think may be useful to you. We may use your contact information to advertise our services to you on third party websites such as Facebook. We may also contact you directly to receive information about services already provided and your experience. If ROBO HUB SIA is ever sold to another company or individual, your contact information will be transferred to this new party.

How long do we store your data?

ROBO HUB is a fee-based service provider, therefore, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Latvia "On Accounting", we must keep supporting documents confirming the existence of the company's economic activity for 5 years, after which they are destroyed. Such documents may include some personal data of you and your child. Your information will be stored until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such informative messages.

Marketing

We would like to send you informative messages about lessons and school activities that may be of interest to you or your child.
